If you list Chasitee Cooper as your referral on your lease application and guest card, you’ll receive a cash rebate after move-in! Don’t see that option on your app? No worries—most properties will provide a locator addendum when you move in, where you can list me as your locator.

Here’s how it works:

1. Once you’ve moved in, and the property confirms my invoice, the rebate will come from my commission check.
2.  As a thank you for listing me, I’ll have my brokerage automatically send you a text to collect your rebate once the property sends commission.
3.  The rebate amount depends on how much commission the property offers. Your rebate quote will be sent to you after submitting your info. Rebates offered can be up to $200!
